Arun is new traffic police chief for city
In a fresh round of shuffle among IPS officers, Tiruchy city Commissioner and Inspector General of Police, A Arun, has been transferred and posted as the new Additional Commissioner of Police, Traffic, in Chennai in the place of K Periaiah, who has been asked to take charge as the Commissioner of Coimbatore city. The communication came from the state home department on Tuesday.
