Vegan ice cream recipes to try at home
With vegan brands entering the market, there is an increase in people trying out vegan recipes. Here are three vegan ice cream recipes

CHOCOLATE PEANUT BUTTER BANANA ICE CREAM
INGREDIENTS
2 frozen bananas (peeled, slicedinto coins, and frozenovernight)
2 tbsp cocoa powder (unsweetened)
4 tbsp palm jaggery/sugar/date syrup
2 tbsp peanut butter (add a pinch of salt, if using unsalted)
METHOD
- Blend all ingredients until you have a soft-serve like consistency
- Shift to another container and freeze for 2 hours
- Serve with crushed peanuts and chocolate syrup
FRUIT AND NUT VANILLA SOFT SERVE
INGREDIENTS
METHOD
- Heat coconut milk, vanilla, and sweetener until mixed well
- Cool at room temperature
- Blend prepared mix with whipped cream, fruits and nuts.
- Freeze mixture overnight
- Serve with custard/pudding or fresh fruits

MANGO VEGAN ICE CREAM
INGREDIENTS
METHOD
- Blend all ingredients in a mixer
- Use a spatula and clean out the processor/mixie ingredients into a pan or a recycled ice cream box
- Smoothen out the mixture using a spatula and put in the deep freeze for 3-4 hours or overnight
- Use a warm ice cream scooper (scooper dipped in warm water) to easily scoop out your dessert
- Serve with mango sauce or any other topping of choice
