Teacher’s ‘originality’ in explaining human anatomy earns Internet’s praise
While teachers are always appreciated for commitment, a third-grade teacher in Spain has taken the internet by storm after her twist to teaching human anatomy to her class. The viral pictures show a 43-year-old Verónica Duque instead of using picture charts to explain where the organs are, showing up in an anatomy bodysuit. Mentioning to media how she decided to explain with the suit after realising that her students would find it difficult to visualise the organs inside the body, netizens were quick to appreciate the “originality”. Her husband, too, sharing the photo online, showed support to her “volcano of ideas” by mentioning to be proud of her “original” teaching method.
Cat turned down for adoption after photos comparing it to ‘Baby Yoda’ go viral
At a time when Disney, acceding to popular demand, is bringing out a toy of ‘Baby Yoda’ from The Mandalorian, a white cat with green eyes and a black patch on its head is going viral online after users compared her to the character from the hit film. The pictures of the animal that were shared online by the veterinary team treating it stated that the cat was found as a stray and that it was seeking to be adopted. It didn’t take long to find takers for ‘Baby Yoda’ lookalike that the team soon had to announce that the cat was not up for adoption until her wounds healed and the medical treatment was completed.
Netizens rap man for leaving son by the side of Siberian tiger at zoo
Netizens didn’t take it lightly when a man uploaded a video of his son’s day out at the zoo. The viral clip although shows the Irish boy seeing a big Siberian tiger in action, netizens were aghast at how his father was unmindful of how the child could have become the animal’s food just as he had captioned the video. Thanks to reinforced glass, the boy was spared when the clip shows the hungry wildcat pounding on him with full might. Although the father claimed the tiger’s predatory behaviour “didn’t particularly faze him”,netizens didn’t take the father’s “dumbness” lightly, with many expressing anger. There was no respite either when the man clarified that this was the second time it happened to the child.
