Recipe of paneer butter masala
INGREDIENTS
Onions 2Â
Tomatoes (without skin) 2
Garlic 4 pods
Cashew 6-7 pieces
2 green chillies
1 red chilli
Few cloves
2-3 green elaichi
Pepper, bay leaves & salt as needed
Make a paste with the above ingredients
Oil and butter as needed
METHOD
- Heat a pan, add butter, red chilli powder and turmeric powder
- Shallow fry paneer in it. Keep asideÂ
- In another pan, add butter, oil and saute it for a minute
- Add the paste to this and mix well. Cover it and cook for 10 minutes in mediumÂ
- Cook well till oil starts separating a bit.Add a few spoons of water if too thick
- Add paneer and mix well
- Serve it with roti, rice, paratha
