The Global star, Priyanka Chopra Jonas, who has created her mark worldwide, praised actor-director and other members from the film. Priyanka took to her Instagram Stories on Thursday and shared a clip from Monkey Man.
Sharing the video, she captioned the post, which read, "Bravo #DevPatel. What an impressive debut!" She also tagged other actors from the cast, including Sobhita Dhulipala, Pitobash, Makarand Deshpande, and Vinit Kumar Sharma, who are all making their Hollywood debut with the film.
'Monkey Man' was premiered at the Grauman's Chinese Theatre followed by its release in the US The action-thriller follows the journey of a young man portrayed by Dev Patel, who embarks on a mission to seek justice for his mother's death, caused by corrupt leaders. However, his quest for vengeance takes an unexpected turn as he becomes a champion for the oppressed and powerless, transforming into the titular 'Monkey Man.' Alongside Sikandar Kher, the film features Dev Patel, Sharlto Copley, Sobhita Dhulipala, Makarand Deshpande, Ashwini Kalsekar, and others.
Notably, Dev Patel not only stars in the film but also makes his directorial debut and serves as a producer. 'Monkey Man' is slated to release soon in India. Meanwhile, on the work front, Priyanka is gearing up for her next Hollywood film 'Heads Of State'.

Recently, Priyanka announced her new film in collaboration with the production team of Barry Avrich's new feature documentary 'Born Hungry' as a producer. Priyanka and her production company Purple Pebble Pictures banner have joined Barry Avrich's new feature documentary. The note said, "Aligning with stories and filmmakers that have the ability to move the audience by having a unique point of view is what we always look for at @purplepebblepictures.

" According to Deadline, 'Born Hungry' is a gritty drama about a young Indian boy who finds himself abandoned by his family, lost on trains and thousands of miles from home. Celebrity chef Sash Simpson, who was eventually adopted by a Canadian couple after surviving on the streets of Chennai alone and eating out of trash cans, is now returning to India with only hazy memories in an attempt to locate his family.
Priyanka and Mary Rohlich, Head of TV and Film at Purple Pebble Pictures, will serve as producers. 'Born Hungry' premiered at the Palm Springs International Film Festival 2024 and will screen at the Hot Docs Film Festival in Toronto on April 26.

The movie will be released on Disney+ Hotstar and it revolves around understanding the intricacies of the intriguing world of one of our planet's most loved creatures.
