How do you want to be remembered?

To his surprise, he read his name in the obituary column. The newspaper had mistakenly reported his death. He was shocked but decided to find out what people had said about him. The obituary included sentences like, ‘Dynamite king dies’ and ‘He was the merchant of death’. The man, who was the inventor of dynamite, upon reading those words, asked himself a question, “Is this how I am going to be remembered?”. He decided that moment to change the way people thought about him. From that day on, he started working towards world peace, and was the one to lay the foundation for the internationally acclaimed award that has been honouring men and women from across the world for their outstanding achievements in physics, chemistry, medicine, literature, and peace work since 1901-the Nobel Prize. The man was Alfred Nobel.
