“Though we already have a few information about the students in EMIS, the school management will be collecting additional details including thumb impression, iris scanners and two mobile numbers -- one will be main and other will be the alternative one -- so that all the information will be passed through the phone,” he added.
Listing out the details of the information that will be sent to parents, the official said that student’s attendance register, everyday time table, details about special classes, school new initiatives, exam schedule, report card, information on school closure especially during rainy season, monthly performance of the student, school function details, parents-teachers meeting schedule, sports activities, circulars and important government order of public use.
