For the first time, a political party in the state has involved a private consultant for the elections and the move has drawn criticisms from various political parties.

“Irrespective of any elections, PMK’s victory will be determined by the guidance of the party leadership combined with the hard work of the party cadre. PMK does not need external knowledge in politics,” said Ramadoss, in a tweet.

When there were speculations that the DMK has involved Prashant Kishor, founder of I-PAC, for Assembly elections, DMK president MK Stalin, has publicly revealed that they have involved the company for elections.

Ramadoss indirectly criticised the DMK by saying that people are the main force to win elections and they are dependent on any agency. “We will meet people. We will work for them and will win because of them,” said Ramadoss.

For the second time in the recent days, PMK has locked horns with the DMK. Earlier, Ramadoss demanded the original land patta for Murasoli office and the issue reflected in National Commission for Scheduled Castes (NCSC).
