‘Pondy CM only thinks politically’

AIADMK legislature party leader A Anbazhagan on Friday alleged that Chief Minister V Narayanasamy is functioning as a political party leader rather than a Chief Minister.

Talking to reporters here, Anbazhagan said the Chief Minister himself led hundreds of agitations in the last three-and-a-half years and added that this is to hide the ‘inefficiency’ of his government.

He said 45 months had passed since the formation of  the Congress government in Puducherry.

Every year, the full amount for provision of free rice is being allocated in the budget. Narayanasamy moved the Court when the Union government directed to provide cash instead of free rice and the High Court had upheld the decision of the Centre.

The Chief Minister is now instigating DMK to organise agitations against the Court order, he alleged. So far, either rice or cash was provided for only 23 months and another 22 months was remaining.
