According to Tina Lulla, a fitness enthusiast who runs the Instagram page ‘whey_it_out’, exercises like burpees and squats that use the body weight anddoes not require any equipment are perfect for those stayingat home.

“For those working from home, they can take 10-minute breaks to walk around the house and ensure that they are getting some exercise. If people have a terrace, they can go for a walk there. “It would help people if they took up a hobby at this time, be it art or stitching, to keep the mind occupied. This is a chance for people to try things out that they probably have not had time to do before. Staying in touch with friends and family is also essential at this point of time,” he said.
