Pursuing a report filed by the Director of Matriculation Schools, which said only a single school had violated the order, Justice N Anand Venkatesh, said, “This court had made it clear that the school authorities will have to entertain the complaints from parents/students pointing out to the violation of the orders passed by this court.”

“But this exercise has not been done till now. One of the aggrieved parties came on video conference and informed this court that a complaint was already given and the authority concerned has not brought it to the notice of this court,” the judge held.

Also, on noting that it is important that the interest of both sides are taken into consideration to effectively implement the order and it is mandatory for every parent/student to approach the school and that is the reason why the court directed the authorities concerned to receive oral complaints and file it as a report, said: “This court expects the authorities to take the direction passed by this court seriously and file an appropriate report in the next date of hearing on August 31.”
