Political parties on Friday condemned the decision of the Centre to establish yet another nuclear waste centre in Kudankulam.

“Centre should immediately stop this expansion at Kudankulam Nuclear Power Plant,” said Seeman. He said that through projects like Kudankulam, Sterlite and Neutrino, the Centre is waging an environmental war against Tamil Nadu. PMK leader Anbumani Ramadoss called it a violation of SC order.
