A picture of the Canadian Prime Minister Justin Trudeau surrounded by members of the Sikh community has been shared widely on social media. It is being claimed that PM Trudeau participated in a farmers’ protest organised in Canada.
The post drew 1,400 likes as of this day. A reverse image search led Alt News to a report pertaining to Trudeau’s gurudwara tour in capital Ottawa on November 12, 2015, Deepavali. Thus, the viral message is false.
