Pregnant women shouldn’t allow ‘corona anxiety’ to take away the excitement and happiness. They should be cautiously optimistic and focus on their health and the health of the baby.” She suggests some nutrition and well-being tips for pregnant women and mothers.
New mothers should wash their hands before they breastfeed. Since most sanitisers are alcoholbased, it is better to wash hands with an organic handwash.
Vitamin therapy has a distinct advantage over drug therapy to improve immunity. Add vitamin B, C, zinc and folic acid supplement after consulting your gynecologist.
A balanced diet is very important to boost your immunity. Include foods like oranges, apples, strawberries, spinach, broccoli, almonds, walnuts, oats, dates and figs to improve immunity.
Include protein supplements such as Mama Protinex, B Protein or D Protein twice a day with warm milk.
Avoid non-vegetarian and imported food. Eat what is locally available. Drink enough water and make sure that you get adequate rest.
Make sure your child has a balanced meal with carbohydrates, proteins, vitamins and minerals.
