She says, “I have been helping my mom in the kitchen and have been honing my culinary skills.” Rashmi laughs and says that things didn’t go the way she wanted it to be. “I wanted to start off by baking a cake. I ended up burning it and vowed not to try it again!” she reveals.
Her film Cocktail was scheduled to release in March. “I play Yogi Babu’s heroine in the film. The role is that of a rural girl, who is independent and talkative too. I agreed to do the character because it was in contrast to what I am in real life. I don’t talk much and I’m pretty much an introvert.
Acting is all about doing roles that has nothing in common with our real-life persona,” she asserts.
Rashmi says that she also has a Kannada film titled Paatra. “It is a romantic thriller in which I will be seen in different shades. The storyline is intriguing and the film has its music by Vijay Prakash. We have completed half of the film and will resume once the lockdown is over,” the actor shares. She also has another Tamil film in her kitty. “It is a project that is bankrolled by a huge banner. The makers will come up with an official announcement of the title and the cast and crew of the project. All I can say is that, I will be seen in a prominent role in the film,” she concludes.
