Thaman roped in for Murugadoss’ Vijay 65

Social media is abuzz with reports that AR Murugadoss and Vijay are all set to return for Vijay 65, which will be a sequel for the 2012 hit film Thuppakki. 

According to sources, the latest update is that the makers have reached out to popular Tollywood music composer S Thaman .

The producers have decided to rope in Thaman after impressive outings with Allu Arjun’s Ala Vaikunthapurramloo and Ravi Teja’s Disco Raja.

Reports are also making rounds that Kajal Aggarwal, who played the female lead in Thuppakki, will star yet again in this sequel. 

Vijay and AR Murugadoss’ next big project will be produced by Sun Pictures and the shooting for this movie will begin as soon as the lockdown is lifted and normalcy returns. 

Apart from Thuppakki, Vijay and Murugadoss have previously collaborated for Kaththi and Sarkar.
