Traffic diversion at Chepauk for India vs West Indies match
Owing to the day and night one-day cricket match between India and West Indies at the MA Chidambaram Cricket Stadium, Chepauk, on Sunday, the city traffic police will divert the traffic around the stadium to ease the vehicle movement.

Bells Road will be made as One-way with entry on Wallajah Road and will be closed from Bharathi Salai. The arrangement will be reversed after the match gets over. Vehicles from Kamarajar Salai towards Bharathi Salai will not be allowed except MTC Buses and vehicles with valid passes. Canal Road will be made One-way with entry from Bharathi Salai and vehicles coming from Wallajah Road will not be allowed. Vehicles with passes bearing letter M,P,T,W and MTC buses coming from Anna Salai into Wallajah Road will be allowed on Bells Road. Vehicles bearing letter B & R will be directed to park at MRTS and Pattabiram Gate.
Vehicles coming from War Memorial and Gandhi Statue with passes bearing letter M, P, T, W only and MTC Buses will be allowed through Bharathi Salai, Canal Road. Cars and two-wheelers coming from Anna Salai will be diverted to take the route via Wallajah Road, Labour Statue, Kamarajar Salai and park their vehicles on Foreshore Road and Swami Sivanandha Salai.
Vehicles coming from War Memorial will have to take the route via Kamarjarar Salai and park the vehicles on Foreshore Road and Swami Sivanandha Salai. Vehicles coming from Gandhi Statue will take the route via Kamarajar Salai take the service road to park the vehicle in the Foreshore Road and Swami Sivanandha Salai.
