Chennai youth ends life after losing money in online card game

The deceased, a college student, has been identified as Nitish who was residing in Chennai’s Amanthakarai.

It is said that he had stolen about Rs.20,000 from a store where he was working and spent it on the game. After losing the money he died by suicide. 

According to media reports, police found a suicide note at his place after his corpse was recovered. His body has been sent for postmortem for further investigation.
