Director Vignesh Shivan celebrates his 35th birthday

Director Vignesh Shivan aka Vignesh Shivn, took the Tamil film industry by storm with his blockbuster hits like Poda Podi, Naanum Rowdydhaan and Thaana Serndha Kootam. The director also wore the hat of actor and lyricist for a few other notable Tamil movies like Velai Illa Pattadhari and the upcoming Master.

Vignesh Shivan who celebrates his 35th birthday today, posted a picture of himself and his beau actress Nayanthara, hugging each other, in the former's Instagram page. The picture captioned "Birthday vibes 😌😌😇😇🧿🧿🧿🧿. Wit God’s grace & all your wonderful sweet wishes", shows that the couple is enjoying each other's company. Both Vignesh Shivan and Nayanthara are currently holidaying in Goa.

The social media was flooded with wishes for the director. Director Venkat Prabhu, SJ Suryah, Musician Anirudh Ravichander, Actors Vishnu Vishal, Shantanu, Kalaiyarasan and Aadhav Kannadhasan were the first ones to wish the director, in twitter.

On the work front, Vignesh Shivan is directing "Kaathuvakkula Renduu Kaadhal". The story has an ensemble cast with actors Vijay Sethupathi, Nayanthara and Samantha in the lead roles. The music of the film is scored by Vignesh Shivan's favourite music director Anirudh Ravichander and it is bankrolled by Vignesh's Rowdy Pictures in association with Lalit Kumar's Seven Screen Studio.
