Duraimurugan foresees chances of alliance realignment

Interacting with the media after the police stopped his gram sabha meeting at Vandranthangal village, he said the DMK was ready to face any number of cases foisted against it by the ruling party. A case was registered against him and 50 others for gathering despite Section 144 put in force.
“The dispute between Chief Minister Edappadi K Palaniswami and deputy Chief Minister O Panneerselvam is not out in the open. But both the public and officials know what is happening,” he said. Referring to the Thursday night order cancelling gram sabha meets, he said this was to prevent passing resolutions against the farm laws passed by the Parliament, which the AIADMK supported.
Referring to the ‘one nation one ration card’ scheme, the DMK general secretary said it was a move against the people and would pose a danger to the nation.
