Aptitude test for Class 11 students on October 1st
The last date for applying for the exam is reported to be on September 9th.
CHENNAI: According to a Daily Thanthi report, the aptitude test for Class 11 students is schedule to be held on October 1 and the last date for applying for the exam is on September 9.
A press release issued by the Government of Tamil Nadu read, "As school students prepare and participate in science and mathematics related Olympiad exams in large numbers, aptitude test is going to be conducted by the Directorate of State Examinations in order to improve their literary skills in Tamil language. In the academic year 2022-2023, Class 11 students in government schools and all types of schools (CBSE/ICSE) can apply to write this exam until 9th at the gov.in website or on www.dge.tn."
"Class 10 Tamil would be the syllabus for this exam and test will be objective type. The question paper would have 100 questions carrying one mark per question. The exam will be held on October 1 from 10 am to 12 noon. Candidates applying for this exam can download the admit card from the above website. Out of 1,500 students who pass this examination, 750 government school students and 750 other school students will be given Rs 1,500 per month (for 2 years),” the release further read.
